Available Positions:

  • Program Director

    • Oversee program operations, ensuring effective service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

    • Manage staff, budgets, and community partnerships.

    • Develop and implement program strategies to enhance support for fathers.

  • Mental Health Counselors/Therapists

    • Provide individual and group counseling services to fathers dealing with mental health issues.

    • Design treatment plans and facilitate therapeutic sessions.

    • Collaborate with other staff to ensure comprehensive support.

  • Community Outreach Coordinator

    • Develop and implement outreach strategies to raise awareness of our services.

    • Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.

    • Organize events and workshops to engage the community.

  • Volunteer Coordinator

    • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers who support our programs.

    • Foster a positive volunteer culture and recognize their contributions.

    • Collaborate with staff to identify volunteer opportunities.

  • Research and Evaluation Specialist

    • Design and implement research projects to assess program effectiveness.

    • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

    • Collaborate with staff to improve program strategies based on findings.

  • Peer Support Specialist

    • Provide emotional support and guidance to fathers through shared experiences.

    • Facilitate peer support groups and empower participants to advocate for their needs.

    • Collaborate with counselors and case managers for holistic support.

  • Training and Development Specialist

    • Design and implement training programs for staff and volunteers.

    • Assess training needs and deliver engaging learning experiences.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

  • Marketing and Communications Manager

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.

    • Create compelling content for various platforms and manage social media.

    • Build relationships with media and community partners.

  • Intern

    • Support various projects across the organization while gaining hands-on experience.

    • Assist with research, program support, and community engagement activities.

    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
